Account Manager - Richmond - Inari Medical

As an Inari Account Manager at Stryker, you will help transform the lives of patients suffering from venous and other vascular diseases together with our customers.  This high impact sales role is where your clinical expertise meets strategic influence.  From pre-sale engagement to post-sale support, you’ll lead initiatives that build lasting programs and empower clinical champions.  Your mission:  accelerate adoption, deepen relationships, and help us achieve our mission in making healthcare better.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between healthcare providers and our medical device solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations to physicians, administrators, and clinical teams
  • Support product rollouts and in-service training across hospital departments
  • Collect real-world feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain expert-level product knowledge
  • Represent the company at trade shows or educational meetings
  • Help cross-functional teams understand customer needs and drive adoption
  • Be ready for on-call support for urgent clinical needs that can occur outside of standard business hours to ensure our commitment to our customers.

What you need:

  • A minimum of 4 years related sales experience – medical device preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated clinical sales experience
  • OR experience with advanced clinical procedure
  • To maintain all Certifications and Vendor Credentials
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Valid driver’s license

Base/Draw + commission: $125K base salary and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits

Travel Percentage: 10%
