Join Stryker’s Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) team as a strategic marketing, people leader, driving growth, innovation, and customer impact. Based in Portage, MI, this on-site leadership role oversees the ENT Navigation portfolio, leading a team responsible for defining portfolio strategy, guiding product launches, and optimizing commercial performance. You’ll collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Finance, and Clinical partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence while mentoring high-performing marketers to achieve business objectives.

What you will do

  • Lead the ENT Navigation portfolio strategy to deliver measurable growth and align with long-term business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and refine marketing plans based on performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute annual strategic and product launch plans, ensuring alignment with commercial and financial objectives.
  • Establish pricing and segmentation strategies to enhance market penetration and achieve profitability targets.
  • Define success metrics and monitor performance against established goals, implementing data-driven adjustments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution of key initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire team members to achieve excellence, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

What you need (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of work experience required
  • Medical device experience required

  • MBA
  • People management experience
  • Sales experience preferred

Travel Percentage: 40%
