ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive Retail Risk and Security Coordinator to support our retail division by strengthening operational integrity, reducing shrinkage, and embedding a culture of compliance across our Salvos Stores and logistics network within WA/SA division. This is a permanent full-time position based at our Canning Vale office.
Reporting to the Retail Risk and Security Manager, this role plays a key part in protecting our staff, customers, and assets. You’ll work closely with Stores and Area Managers, conduct risk assessments, respond to security and operational incidents, and lead initiatives that minimise financial loss and operational disruption, all while helping us deliver on our community-focused mission.
