At Stryker, we’re seeking a Project Manager in R&D who will support the delivery of life‑changing medical devices and software solutions to market. Your efforts will help neurosurgeons achieve better patient outcomes and improve lives.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization.
You will support project planning, ensure tasks are appropriately prioritized, resources are allocated effectively, and key milestones are achieved. Working closely with senior project leaders, you will assist in tracking project progress, proactively addressing challenges, and keeping projects on schedule—particularly those involving software-driven and digitally enabled solutions.

You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, Michigan office. This role is an on-site role that requires to be onsite 5 days a week.
