Your Role
- Lead Press Department operations ensuring compliance with safety, quality, GMP & SQF standards
- Drive process improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Oversee maintenance schedules & preventive maintenance plans
- Manage daily production meetings and provide actionable updates
- Collaborate with QA and supervisors to resolve issues and review customer feedback
- Promote safety programs and maintain 5S housekeeping standards
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leadership experience in manufacturing or press operations
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Proficient computer skills & excellent communication
- Ability to develop teams and drive continuous improvement
