We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IAM Operations Coordinator to support the execution, oversight, and continuous improvement of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations. Reporting to the Director of IAM Operations, this role provides coordination and escalation support to the Access Management and SailPoint Operations Leads, ensuring consistent execution across Identity Governance, Access Management, and Service Delivery workflows.
The Coordinator will assist and support the Head of IAM Operations in ensuring that core activities for Access Management & Identity Life Cycle Management are performed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with policy and audit requirements. This role is critical for driving process consistency, metric tracking, audit readiness, and effective collaboration with both internal stakeholders and managed service providers.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in IAM operations, strong process ownership, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams. This position also offers a growth path into formal IAM operations leadership and focuses on supporting Identity and Access controls across both on-premises and cloud environments in partnership with the broader Information Security IAM teams.

The expected base salary ranges from $81k- $130k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
