OFFICE LOCATIONS
West Hills, CA (Agile scheduling - Minimum 3 days onsite)
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage the technical and operational functions within assigned office(s) including compliance with company standards and industry best practices; to ensure consistent delivery of quality services; to be responsible for staffing and training needs; and to be responsible for budget preparation and profit and loss management. Has direct responsibility for 20-25 colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Licenses as required.
Experience
Eight (8) years claims management experience including two (2) years supervisory experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Licensing / Jurisdiction Knowledge: California workers compensation claims experience required; SIP required.
As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is ($118,000 - $128,000). A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
