RN Consultant Team LeadPRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage complex high-exposure general liability claims; to review medical treatment records associated with general liability, bodily injury auto and personal injury claims analyzing for damages and causation and to ensure the RNC's performance is within company guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Current valid RN license required. Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC) Certification or training highly preferred.
Experience
Six (6) years of related clinical nursing experience to include two (2) years nurse consultant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. General or professional liability investigation related training with specialty experience with bodily injuries claims, auto accident related claims and/or slip, trip and fall claims preferred.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $85,000 - $95,000. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
