In this position, you will drive sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retailer partners. This position will allow you to enhance your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a fast-paced and extremely rewarding company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
тАвPerform best-in-class sales and service to consumers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
тАвSupport and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
тАвMaintain regular contact with store associates and management to cultivate strong relationships.
тАвMonitor weekly sales and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition.
тАвParticipate in the TTI Training Program and implement all acquired skills to deliver results.
тАвInitiate and provide in-store product training sessions and demonstrations to educate store associates, management, and customers.
тАвProfessionally communicate with all peers, customers, and management.
тАвPlan and execute demo events, store walks, trade shows, etc.
тАвDevelop primary knowledge of the marketplace (users, applications, products, competition, and channels) to effectively analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data.
тАвMaintain store and product aesthetic through proper merchandising, positioning, and objective completion.
тАвDown stock product and monitor / maintain inventory levels to ensure availability for sales.
тАвParticipate in small to large scale resets and merchandising installations to update or expand our brand presence in stores.
тАвSell directly to our customers in the retail environment.

In addition to the basic requirements of the position, all employees are expected to meet the company's goals of continual improvement in the areas of knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.
Job / Employment Requirements:
тАвBachelorтАЩs degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales or customer service required.
тАвMust be at least 21 years of age or older.
тАвMust have a valid United States driverтАЩs license in your state of residence with at least one full year of driving experience.
тАвAbility to pass a drug screen and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
тАвPossess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver.
тАвPosition requires travel to / from assigned store location(s) as well as travel to meetings, projects, events, etc.
тАвEmployee will also be required to transport a small amount of company property (demo tools, tool kit, supplies).
тАвRelocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.
тАвAbility to work nights and weekends тАУ Weekends will be required at different points throughout the year.
тАвAbility to work in a retail environment full time.
тАвAbility to stand for the duration of shift except for meal and rest breaks
тАвEligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions
тАвCapable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and requesting assistance as needed.
тАвCapable of reaching and/or lifting overhead in addition to ascending/descending ladders to move product.
тАвCapable of using hands to maneuver small objects, assemble tools and build displays.
тАвApplicant must be MS Office proficient.
тАвApplicant should be self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
тАвSalary Non-Exempt Position (Overtime Eligible)
тАвStarting between $24.04 and $25.96/hour equating to a Target Annual Salary of $50,000 - $54,000
тАвSales Contests and Incentives to Earn Additional Income (In Correlation with Business Needs / Focuses)
тАвVehicle Allowance of $400/month equating to a target of $4800/year
