Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
  • Ensure equipment and manufacturing areas operate smoothly.
  • Assist with equipment setup and startup activities.
  • Complete tasks using written procedures and document accurately.
  • Support equipment maintenance and calibration.
  • Clean manufacturing areas regularly.
  • Help improve manufacturing techniques and processes.

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or degree in engineering or science.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience with inventory and shipping systems.
  • Ability to manage facility maintenance and inventory.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with GMP and documentation practices.
  • Able to mentor and support team members.
