- As a Technician III - Maintenance and Facilities, you will be an important part of ensuring our warehouse operations run, solving complex challenges and driving improvements in industrial maintenance and automation systems.
- Hands-on work with modern automation and facility systems—your expertise in PLC, VFDs, and electrical controls will keep operations running smoothly.
- Solve real-time technical challenges—troubleshoot complex machinery, improve reliability, and enhance system performance.
- This position reports onsite at our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center
- Schedule: Nights 12 Hour Rotating
Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- You will ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of all critical warehouse systems
- You will keep operations running safely and solve complex maintenance challenges
- Maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment
- Perform facility repairs and upgrades
- Improve programs – Implement Kaizen and Total Productive Maintenance
- As a Technician III, you'll report directly to the Area Manager
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent, with trade school certification or military technical training.
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a production or warehouse environment.
- Advanced knowledge in PLC, VFDs, and automation control systems.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and be on call.
