The Opportunity

  • QVC US is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, specializing in the full lifecycle recruitment of operations and frontline roles across Operations (Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics and Retail). In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent who power our business behind the scenes. You'll leverage your expertise to deliver results with speed, build inclusive teams, and help shape the future of QVC's operational excellence.

    • You will be hybrid-remote at our West Chester, PA office.

Your Impact

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for business critical, frontline roles in Operations (Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics and Retail).

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a diverse slate of qualified candidates.

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience at every stage.

  • Utilize data and market insights to drive recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes.

  • Champion QVC's values and Leadership Competency Model, modeling agility, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and employment laws.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably in high-volume or frontline/operations environments.

  • Proven ability to deliver results with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on inclusivity and relationship-building.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools; familiarity with data-driven recruitment practices is a plus.

  • Demonstrated agility, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Commitment to QVC's values and leadership competencies, including self-awareness, accountability, and innovation.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
