The Opportunity  

The On-Call Talent Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling & coordinating of all talent (models & guests) and all its functions, which include: the flow and accuracy of all information pertaining to the live show, maintaining guest management, coordination and support of models, vendors, and on-air guests.

Your Impact

  • Coordination and scheduling of on-air talent

  • Assist all talent scheduling for the live show, creative execution, PR, and the digital studio within HSN

  • Responsible for dealing with any issues that arise from guests, vendors, and models regarding the on and off-air productions or bookings and providing support to talent prior to and after going on-air

  • Maintain weekly guest itineraries and model schedules by keeping up to date information for the production and broadcasting teams

  • Provide consistent and reliable customer service to all talent

  • Communicate and respond to emails and phone calls, confirming on air bookings and appearance details

  • Collect, organize, and distribute all information pertaining to or impacting the live shows in which talent is involved

  • Communicate changes affecting the live shows

What You Bring  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Television Broadcasting or related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a talent agency, scheduling position or broadcast area preferred

  • Customer service background or experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills needed.

  • Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Working knowledge of fashion and beauty brands is preferred

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Ability to prioritize workload independently and with a team

  • Very strong time management skills: ability to multi-task & work in a fast paced environment that is constantly changing

  • Ability to comprehend legal and governmental restrictions & policies regarding child labor

  • Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word
