The Opportunity

  • Join QVC US as a Merchandising Admin, a key role reporting to the Merch Support Supervisor. As part of our established Merchandising Omni-Buying and Operations teams, you'll play a vital part in supporting our day-to-day administrative functions. This opportunity allows you to contribute directly to the success of our merchandising operations, ensuring seamless processes and supporting our exceptional customer experiences.

  • You will work hybrid (6x/mo.) in our West Chester, PA Studio Park headquarters

Your Impact

  • Supports buying teams by creating items and purchase orders, reviewing and correcting data, and performing essential data entry functions.

  • Manages product data uploads, transfers, and inputs to build items and maintain accurate purchase orders.

  • Ensure seasonal readiness by executing promotional pricing accurately and within required timeframes.

  • Collaborates with internal teams to respond to time-sensitive requests, provide thorough execution, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed.

  • Works independently and as part of a team, adapting to the needs of each task or request.

  • Utilizes shared Outlook email accounts and Airtable databases.

  • Provides troubleshooting and support to Omni-Buying, cross-functional teams, and buyers.

  • Participates in special projects as assigned.

  • Operates QVC and HSN systems, including Retek, Microfocus, SAP, and others as required.

  • Perform Other Duties / Special Projects As Assigned Per Leadership.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in PC and network systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

  • Complete tasks quickly and accurately in a dynamic, multi-platform environment

  • Effective decision-making and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving settings

  • Preferred Experience: Retail, Customer Service, or related experience

  • Preferred Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in communication, Merchandising, Buying, Customer Experience & Service, Operations, or related field
