- Join QVC US as a Merchandising Admin, a key role reporting to the PLM System Analyst. You'll play a vital part in supporting our day-to-day administrative functions. This opportunity allows you to contribute directly to the success of our merchandising operations, ensuring seamless processes and supporting our exceptional customer experiences.
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Studio Park (West Chester, PA) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Multi-task and prioritize effectively while executing various tasks to support the administrative needs of the Flex PLM Systems team.
- Interact with other teams to respond to time-sensitive requests, ensures accuracy and completeness of data, and communicates issues and announcements as they arise
- Support the maintenance of the PLM support daily issues and maintains and develops efficient and accurate tracking & reporting for the team as needed.
- This role is also responsible for educating other teams (including all internal US and global QVC & HSN users as well as external vendors) to ensure future requests are received with clear and accurate information.
What You'll Bring
- Proficiency in PC and network systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Complete tasks quickly and accurately in a dynamic, multi-platform environment
- Effective decision-making and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving settings
- Preferred Experience: Retail, Customer Service, or related experience
- Preferred Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in communication, Merchandising, Buying, Customer Experience & Service, Operations, or related field
