The Opportunity
- Design and release pick waves that balance picking, staging, automation, packing, and multi-line resources
- Adjust wave parameters and incorporate Non-Customer Order waves to adapt to labor and inventory fluctuations
- Troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks and expedite solutions to meet shipping deadlines
- Collaborate for process improvements throughout the operation
- You will report to you Planning Manager
- First Shift (Wednesday - Saturday 5:00am - 3:30pm)

Your Impact
- Release and adjust outbound pick waves to meet daily production plans and customer due dates
- Monitor wave processing and completion, communicating progress and aged tasks to management and picking/packing teams
- Manage Non-Customer Order wave integration and adjust pick tickets to current inventory
- Identify workflow constraints and lead corrective actions to maintain a productive operation
- Balance resource use, customer service priorities, and cost efficiency within wave parameters
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment using WMS
- Proficient in PC use, including spreadsheet applications for planning and analysis
- Knowledge of distribution procedures, with the ability to navigate QVC/HSN operational standards
- Collaborate across operations and management teams
