POSITION TITLE: Client Information Clerk

JOB TYPE: Part-Time

PAY: $15-17 DOE
LOCATION: In-Person

Shift: 8am - 1pm

POSITION PURPOSE: This position requires a reliable and professional individual to undertake a variety of data entry projects within our office services department. The ideal candidate should be detail-driven, a self-starter, and be able to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and updating client information.
  • Various data entry projects.
  • Maintain and update client mailing addresses using in-house processes and programs.
  • Stuff and sort mail as needed.
  • Cross-training in the Office Services:
  • Digitizing incoming mail
  • Invoice coding
  • Light maintenance duties (soda machines)
  • Process shipping and deliveries 
  • Be the first point of contact for all building deliveries and visitors.
  • Validate visitor information and contact the relevant company administrator or individual for assistance.
  • Ensure package deliveries are received by the correct department.
  • Report any security concerns or incidents to the appropriate security personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
