MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: A High School Diploma or GED

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in media arts, or a related body of study (Junior or Senior year preferred).

Travel: Yes

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

Position qualifications:

• Experience with video and audio equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting), as well as editing software platforms.
• Basic knowledge of photography principles and photo editing.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and design.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in all stages of video concepting and production:

•  Preproduction: Collaboratively pitching ideas to shape story in accordance with FTI strategy and brand. Engaging with FTI teams and video subjects to organize and plan production shoots.

   Production: Set up cameras, lighting, assist in capturing video (including on-camera subjects and b roll).

   Post-production: Introductory editing, addition of sound and graphic tracks, final exports and filing upon project completion.

• Participate in FTI photography initiatives. This includes photoshoot planning, professional photographer coordination, shot list development and individual photography projects as needed.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Ensure all projects adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Assist with basic photo editing, retouching, and image optimization.
• Work closely with digital asset management platform administrators to load new assets.
