As a Multimedia Intern at FTI, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of creative projects within both the video and photography genres. This role will be immersed in all aspects of video production, including (but not limited to): pre-planning, filming, lighting, sound, editing, review processes, file saving and storage. An additional facet to this role will focus on photography in both an individual contributor and photography assistant role. You will collaborate with our Marketing Communications team to cultivate visually engaging and on-message multimedia projects that align with our brand strategy. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both remotely and on-site as projects dictate. In addition to project work, you will also participate in multiple team-building events, facility tours, volunteer activities and a dedicated send-off event to celebrate your internship experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: A High School Diploma or GED
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in media arts, or a related body of study (Junior or Senior year preferred).
Travel: Yes
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
Position qualifications:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preproduction: Collaboratively pitching ideas to shape story in accordance with FTI strategy and brand. Engaging with FTI teams and video subjects to organize and plan production shoots.
Production: Set up cameras, lighting, assist in capturing video (including on-camera subjects and b roll).
Post-production: Introductory editing, addition of sound and graphic tracks, final exports and filing upon project completion.
