Position Overview
Join our dynamic team at Flender as a Customer Service Professional, where you will be responsible for managing customer orders in a fast-paced industrial environment and will provide the incumbent with a solid foundation for advancement within the organization. The top candidate chosen for this key role will be responsible for processing incoming customer purchase orders, confirm delivery, monitor order backlog, communicate order status and ensure customer satisfaction along with achieving weekly KPI targets.

AS/BS in business, technology, or related field.
Non- business degree with relevant business experience will also be considered.
