The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Clinical Performance Analytics is a data-driven, operationally minded leader responsible for supporting enterprise-wide clinical performance initiatives through advanced analytics, modeling, and performance measurement. This role plays a critical part in translating strategic objectives into actionable insights that improve clinical outcomes, optimize financial performance, and enhance care delivery models. The AVP will report directly to the Vice President of Clinical Performance and will partner closely with clinical, operations, and finance teams to develop and maintain robust analytics infrastructure, performance dashboards, and predictive models. The AVP will also work with finance, operations, market, and DTS leaders to develop and govern data and clinical performance metrics for the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities
