Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

What you’ll do:

•Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

•Collaborate with design engineering teams to coordinate the release of new products into manufacturing.

•Estimate manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and equipment requirements.

•Determine time standards for manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

•Make recommendations for tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines.

•Maintain accurate records and reporting systems to ensure effective coordination of manufacturing operations.

•Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

•Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes through data analysis and process optimization techniques.

•Participate in cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and cost reductions.

•Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Occasional travel to support operations, up to 15%"

What you’ll bring:

•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

•0-2 years of work experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.

•Basic understanding of manufacturing principles, theories, and concepts.

•Proficiency in using CAD software and familiarity with engineering design tools.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

•Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.

•Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and procedures.

•Openness to receiving feedback and willingness to improve.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $69,569.48 USD to $94,123.41 USD

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
