As a manager you will be responsible for overseeing all store activities to ensure store performance expectations and customer service levels are achieved.  Our leaders are responsible for all day-to-day decision making, ensuring the store is always reacting quickly to the market and customers and is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing all staff.
