Wade Ford, proudly serving the community since 1933 and powered by Lithia & Driveway, the #1 company in automotive retail, is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to strengthen our Service Department.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and ensure accurate daily deposit reconciliation and posting.

• Monitor, reconcile, and maintain key store schedules, including:

  • Cash Schedule

  • Factory Warranty Schedule

  • Extended Warranty Schedule

  • LOF (Lube, Oil, Filter) Schedule

  • Sublet Schedule

• Process and submit extended warranty payments for service department claims.

• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure proper accounting alignment.

• Issue checks in accordance with company policies and payment cycles.

• Accounts Payable is a plus

• Track and manage dealer plates and Sunpass/EZPass transponders for service department use and vehicle swaps.

• Maintain and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory and efficient office operations.

• Collaborate with service advisors to follow up on outstanding items and report updates to management.

• Assist with scanning and organizing physical inventory documentation.

• Support the Parts Department with physical inventory counts and reconciliation.

• Other duties as assigned.
