What You’ll Do:

• Wash, dry, and detail vehicles inside and out (including new deliveries, service vehicles, and customer cars)

• Perform basic interior vacuuming and window cleaning

• Maintain cleanliness of the wash area and detailing tools

• Assist the service team with vehicle movement on the lot as needed

• Deliver exceptional service with a friendly, positive attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking

• Able to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods

• 2 yrs. Previous Detail/car wash experience

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.50 – $37.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
