What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care, ensuring a seamless service experience

• Communicate repair and maintenance needs clearly and effectively

• Serve as the link between customers and our highly skilled technicians

• Provide transparent estimates and updates throughout the service process

• Build lasting relationships by delivering world-class customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior automotive service advisor experience preferred (luxury brand experience a plus)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A customer-first mindset with a professional and positive attitude

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-energy environment

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
