Your Role Includes:

• Supporting technicians and customers with accurate parts selection
• Managing inventory and processing orders efficiently
• Handling returns and warranty claims professionally
• Providing top-tier customer service in person and over the phone

What You Bring:

• Prior experience as a Parts Advisor is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and components
• Dealership service experience is helpful
• Automotive certifications are a bonus
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
