Now HIRING Automotive Lube Technicians

Our Service Department is growing and we are looking for a few Lube Technicians who are interested in starting or continuing their career in automotive. Minimum of 1-2 years of Lube Technician experience is preferred but not required as we are willing to train individuals who are coachable and driven: eager and willing learn, and motivated to do more and produce more and grow with the company!

What’s in it for you:​​

Pay Range: $17-$20 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: Must have open availability to work Monday through Saturday

Hours: Flexible shifts 7-4 / 8-5 / 9-6

Service Department is Open: M-F from 7-6 and Saturdays 7-5

Shop averages 1500 RO’s per month

High traffic department, appointment schedule booked

Henderson Hyundai offers an apprenticeship program like no other: Lube Technicians start in the Quick Lube to learn our processes, how to perform service efficiently and accurately in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards, after 3-6 months (and depending on productivity and performance) and with the proper tools, the Lube Tech is paired up with a Master Technician for a 2-year mentorship program. Additional earning potential upon successful  completion of the mentorship program to be discussed at time of interview with Hiring Manager.
