Responsibilities and Duties:

• Exhibit consultative selling by assisting customers with their vehicle needs by asking questions and carefully listening to the customers responses
• Build rapport and relationships with customers and following up with guests to build clientele for life
• Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles
• Upholding a strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service to our guests, each and every time
• Stay up to date on products and be able to successfully explain product performance and product benefits to customers
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales and perform all steps of the sales process are followed in accordance with company standards

Qualifications and Skills:

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends

• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eager to improve and continuously learn about new products and services
• Self-starter mentality with a go getter attitude to achieve quotas and metrics
• Ability to provide excellent customer service experiences with every customer
• Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience (preferred)
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
