About the job:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new business from prospects through sales of ICIS Chemical solutions within North America. You will plan, organize, and execute sales campaigns with the emphasis on new business acquisition.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Prospecting and having client effective conversations, this will include LinkedIn posts and LinkedIn engagement with potential customers.
• Handling inbound leads with a consultative sales approach. Identifying challenges and problems your prospects are trying to solve.
• Planning, organizing and executing sales campaigns to acquire target prospective customers, with the assistance of your Manager.
• Managing the full sales cycle in a consultative sales approach utilizing value-based selling conversations.
• Working closely with other departments (marketing, legal, product, senior leadership) to manage the entire customer onboarding experience, sales cycle, and delivery of ICIS’ solutions ensuring an excellent customer journey.
• Daily outbound expectations: Ramp up to 5 new meetings per week and minimum 3 new conversations per day.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience, full-sales cycle experience a plus.
• Demonstrable sales habits that have led to prior success.
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to achieve professional goals and be open to sales coaching.
• A high level of energy, self-motivation, competitiveness, and a desire to positively impact the business.

Development:

• Daily: Coaching/Training/Mentoring Sessions with Manager available and encouraged
• Weekly: 4 hours of ‘drop in drop out’ sales training/coaching with your manager and team
• Monthly: 1-2-1 sessions with Manager to track progress of professional developments and goals
• Gong Call reviews to identify areas of strengths and areas of improvement
• Quarterly: reflection on your previous quarter: successes, failures, and lessons learned

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $53,100 - $88,600. Total Target Cash: $81,700 - $136,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

 If performed in Chicago, IL, the pay range is $58,400 - $97,500, the TTC is $89,800 - $150,000. If performed in New York City, the pay range is $61,100 - $101,900, the TTC is $93,900 - $156,700. 


 

Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
