Express Lube Advisor

Pay: Commission + base pay

Schedule: Weekend availability required

We searching for a highly motivated Express Lube Advisor to join our growing team! Qualifications:

• Prior customer service/sales experience required
• Reliable, show's up ready to work
• Knowledgeable on automotive products and industry
• Outgoing personality, able to guide customer's on their needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manger
• Assess customer needs by conducting vehicle walk around
• Communicate with customer on what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when service will be complete
• Write accurate repair orders using ADP system
• Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guarantee
• Communicate with technicians to gain clear understanding of services required and/or performed
• Offer multi-point inspection
