  • Communicate clearly between customers and technicians

  • Provide transparent estimates that support our upfront pricing standards

  • Create accurate repair orders and follow proper intake & follow-up processes

  • Keep customers informed with timely updates throughout their service experience

  • Ensure customers understand the “what, why, and how much” before work begins

  • Finalize payment and deliver a confident, professional vehicle handoff
