What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the Internet Sales team

• Oversee all online leads and ensure quick, effective follow-up

• Develop strategies to increase digital sales and customer engagement

• Work closely with the sales and BDC teams to ensure a seamless process

• Monitor performance metrics and drive department growth

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Internet/BDC/Automotive sales management experience strongly preferred

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities

• Excellent phone, email, and text communication skills

• Ability to manage CRM tools and digital lead sources

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset
