Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression

• Clearly identify customer concerns and communicate recommended services in an easy-to-understand way

• Serve as the link between customers and technicians, ensuring accurate and timely updates

• Maintain a smooth service flow by coordinating appointments and managing expectations

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience from check-in to vehicle pick-up

What We’re Looking For

• Hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred — restaurants, hotels, retail, call centers, etc.

• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• A positive, solutions-focused attitude (we can teach the automotive—just bring the customer service!)
