Service BDC Administrator/Receptionist

Are you energetic, organized, and passionate about helping people? Subaru of Fresno is looking for a Service BDC Administrator/Receptionist with a GREAT ATTITUDE to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, professional demeanor
• Multitask effectively while assisting clients both in person and over the phone
• Answer, route, and manage incoming calls
• Schedule and manage service appointments
• Support service and BDC staff as needed
• Work collaboratively in a strong team environment
• Use basic computer skills to update records, manage schedules, and assist with communication
