POSITION SPECIFICS
The Department of Mechanical Engineering is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar under the direction of Dr. Sukwon Choi.
Job Duties:
Perform thermal characterization and modeling of high power wide bandgap semiconductor devices
The model will be used to design of device-level thermal management solutions for high power wide bandgap semiconductor devices
Work closely with industrial collaborators to improve the thermal design of working devices
Qualifications & Requirements:
PhD in mechanical engineering or a related field as of the hire date
Background in heat transfer, semiconductor device physics, or a related field
A CV including the applicant’s previous research experience and publication list needs to be submitted to apply.
