Job Profile Summary
Under general direction, this position provides district-wide leadership in the implementation, quality, and monitoring of institutional assessment and effectiveness processes, focusing on student learning outcomes and operational outcomes. Fosters a culture of assessment and quality improvement. Oversees assessment quality assurance and directs ongoing operations of assessment related to the College’s academic programs, co-curricular, and administrative outcomes assessment. Provides support to academic programs, administrative, and support units in defining outcomes, assessing these outcomes, and using the results to guide future planning, decision making, and continuous improvement. Develops data-informed strategies that support the institution’s accreditation, assessment, curriculum mapping, program review, and data-management efforts aligned with strategic planning. Performs related work as directed.
