Job Details
Assists R.N. in delivering care, observing patient behaviors, providing daily community meetings and assisting in various procedures. Works closely with the R.N. and reports any changes in patient’s mood or behavior in a timely fashion. When necessary assists the R.N. and unit staff with pre-admission screening calls from referral sources. Also provides information about the program to callers. Patient population ranges from adult through geriatrics.Job Description
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; bachelor’s degree preferred (12+ college credits in humanities or social services required for Philadelphia work locations).
AND
Experience:
1 year of related experience preferred.
CPR Certified - must be through the American Heart Association
Salary Range
$17.78 to $25.33The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
