Job Description

Key Responsibilities

              Design end-to-end data warehousing and BI architectures using Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Data Factory, Power BI, and Synapse experiences.

              Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, ingestion, transformation, and visualization.

              Lead the migration of legacy data platforms to Fabric, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value.

              Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

              Optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of data pipelines and reporting layers.

              Establish data governance frameworks for data quality, security, and compliance.

              Mentor technical teams and evangelize Fabric capabilities across the organization.

              As a member of the leadership team, provide technical guidance and insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Engineering or Math   
Eight years Healthcare IT Experience.           
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in data warehousing, BI, or analytics domains.

              Deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric and MS Cloud components: One Lake, Data Factory, Power BI, and Synapse.

              Strong expertise in dimensional modeling, ELT/ETL design, and semantic layer development.

              Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and Python or Spark for data transformation.

              Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps for data solutions.

              Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

              Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate or equivalent.

              Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud data architectures.

              Knowledge of data mesh, lakehouse, and real-time analytics patterns.

              Background in finance, healthcare, retail, insurance, or other data-intensive industries.
