Overview

TDW is seeking a Coordinator for the Human Resources function to support the Nivelles manufacturing and service operations location. This service-minded professional will perform a variety of Human Resources and administrative functions necessary to support the leadership in HR and the site.

Responsibilities

-     Serves as a resource to employees to provide solutions and answer questions on various HR programs such as HR policies and procedures and working regulations; seek answers in case of complex questions.

-     Support managers with onboarding program, coordinates all HR responsibilities associated with TDW’s new employee on-boarding program, record the onboarding tasks in training plan and personal files

-     Assists in the preparation and composition of offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR related documents as requested,

-     Assists with the writing and maintenance and of HR policies/procedures,

-     Enters all HRIS system (Workday) transactions in an accurate and timely manner, compiles reports as needed from HRIS system,

-     Support Employees and Managers with time off module in Workday and clocking system (Kelio),

-     Maintains personal files and HRIS, while keeping a close eye on legal and GDPR aspects,

-     Track and record the trainings in the personal files and or in the training plan, following ISO guidelines, ensuring training request forms and feedback forms are completed in a timely manner. May support employees and managers in identifying training providers, and in organizing training if needed,

-     Keep individual “CV formation” up-to-date

-     Develops & maintains good contact with temporary agencies, ensuring the best interest of the Company,

-     Creates postings on job board, assure follow-up of candidates, may screen CVs based on guidelines given by HR manager,

-     Prepares internal notes regarding new hires or organizational changes,

-     Monitors performance evaluation program and tracks systems activity such as completion status of performance review process and follows up with managers to ensure timely completion,

Experience

-     Bachelor degree in HR or Business related discipline desired;

-     Minimum of three 2 years’ HR or related administrative experience;

-     Experience working in multicultural environment, manufacturing or services would be preferred 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

-     Language: French and English,

-     Knowledge of HRIS is preferred;

-     Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels

-     Utmost respect for discretion and confidentiality

-     Detail oriented

-     Ability to work on-site five days per week
