Job Purpose
The PPM Internship Program offers practical work experience that enhances a student's academic, career, and personal development. Interns are presented with challenging and meaningful projects throughout the summer that will provide them with useful experience in the investment management industry while allowing them to develop personally and professionally. PPM believes its internship program is an investment in the future. The program's intent is to provide students with an opportunity to use their skills, aid in their personal development, and have an enjoyable and meaningful work assignment. PPM will place each intern in one department for mentorship and project work, but all interns will receive company-wide exposure to leadership and functionality of the organization. Specific departments include: Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Credit Research, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance, Marketing & Communications, Portfolio Services, Private Equity, Private Structured & Credit, Risk, and Trading. In addition to work experience, the internship program provides both formal and informal activities to enhance professional development, including forums with PPM leaders, volunteer/community activities, and team-building/social events. Candidates' area of interests will be considered, but candidates must be open to direct placement within any designated departments, dependent upon the business.
Essential Responsibilities
Provides support for various projects.
Conducts research related to department initiatives.
Collaborates effectively with colleagues and leaders across the business.
Participates in professional development, volunteer/community events, and team building events.

Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Undergraduate level in finance, accounting, or business related field. Rising junior or senior required.

$23.00 - $25.00
