What You Will Be Doing

We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver impactful financial insights and drive strategic decision-making across the FootJoy team. In this role, you’ll lead monthly close processes, analyze key variances, and produce global financial summaries that shape leadership decisions. You’ll play a pivotal role in budgeting and forecasting, partnering with department leaders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals. From supporting quarterly business reviews and board meetings to leading inventory and gross margin analyses, your work will influence critical outcomes. What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)

• Proven ability to interpret and present financial results to diverse audiences

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Self-starter with professional curiosity and a customer service mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

• Experience with enterprise planning solutions; Longview planning software is a plus

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Pay Range: $89,278.00-$111,418.00
