What You Will Be Doing
We’re seeking a dynamic Team Leader II to drive excellence in quality, safety, productivity, and cost performance by setting clear shift goals and fostering a focused, empowered team environment. This role champions continuous improvement by leveraging the diverse skills and strengths of associates, optimizing staffing and WIP levels, and ensuring efficient machine utilization. You’ll coach and coordinate team members to meet production and quality standards, lead performance evaluations, and facilitate cross-shift communication. Key responsibilities include training, problem-solving, and implementing process enhancements through the CN system. As a people leader, you’ll uphold safety and employment standards, integrate and recognize new talent, and cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
BA/BS degree and manufacturing experience preferred
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively
Skilled in managing multiple priorities
Demonstrated involvement in training and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in AGS and Microsoft Office applications
Completion of a Leadership Assessment required (used in behavior-based interview process)
Must meet physical demands and adapt to manufacturing environment conditions
