What You Will Be Doing

Join Acushnet’s dynamic Golf Gear team as a Senior Associate Product Configuration Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting global operations across iconic brands like Titleist Gear, Club Glove, and Links & Kings. As a subject matter expert in SAP ERP systems, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless item setup and maintenance, drive operational efficiency, and support global product launches. You’ll manage support workflows, lead testing and documentation efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that elevate our product lifecycle processes. What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Systems, including ERP systems

  • Functional experience in Master Data (SAP S/4HANA highly desirable)

  • Ad-hoc reporting experience with strong understanding of reporting logic

  • SQL experience preferred

  • Background in Golf, Customer Service, and/or Sales highly preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

  • Experience with project management tools (Jira or similar) highly desirable

Pay Range: $72,057.50-$89,995.00
