Job Description Summary
The Associate Director (AD), Marketing Strategist will define the HCP marketing strategy for Immunology and work with the Marketer Director for a newly launched brand promoted to Allergists and Dermatologists, including the delivery of key strategic analyses and outputs to inform customer experience planning and execution within the Integrated Marketing & Customer Experience, US Organization (IMO). This individual will report directly into an Executive Director, Senior Marketing Strategist, partnering closely with IMO Team and other cross-functional strategic partners within Novartis to ensure that the Marketing Strategy towards customers, patients, brand platform and creative concepts are effectively orchestrated into customer-centric campaigns, experiences and activations. The AD, Marketing Strategist will be responsible for identifying, testing, validating creative concepts/messaging architecture, and creating the lead assets for HCPs, while also working on patient activations and tactics that align with HCP strategy.

Novartis Compensation Summary: The salary for this position is expected to range between $145,600 and $270,400 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards. US-based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and a variety of other benefits. In addition, employees are eligible for a generous time off package including vacation, personal days, holidays and other leaves.
