Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, installation, calibration, maintenance services and project involvement for various equipment, machinery and system.

• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback

• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs/reports, providing quotations through CS and internal service records in a timely manner. Write service reports and document all maintenance and repair work.

• Maintaining daily communications with engineers, managers and customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.

• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues. Analyse equipment performance data and make necessary adjustments or recommendations

• Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts or contract renewals

• Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidate should be Electrical /Electronic/ Mechanical trained with qualifications from polytechnics or relevant institutions.

• Possess some basic IT related experience.

• Possess minimum 2 years of relevant working experience/ Candidates with limited working experience will also be considered.

• Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.

• A valid driver’s license 2/3 is advantages and willingness to travel for service training (as and when opportunities arises)

• Should have basic level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

• Candidates are required to perform outdoor servicing of equipment and work in warm/humid environment at customer’s site.

Working Conditions

• Working in the area of laboratories, schools, and hospitals.

• Outdoor work environment depending on equipment location at customer's site.
