Provide design and construction project administration services on a diverse range of cemetery development projects. Design services include graphic designs, base maps, and graphic presentations for cemetery properties. Construction services include contractor-owner-consultant coordination, weekly meeting related tasks, site observation, daily reports, budgets, cost estimates, construction timelines, bidding, RFI’s, change orders, and submittals. The Construction Project Administrator will assume these responsibilities and others while delivering a high quality of service and project deliverables while staying on schedule and within budget. The role will directly report to the Director of Property Management (DPM).Essential Job Functions: Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
