The Impact You'll Make:

Proactively and reactively work to ensure the effective functioning of all property facilities. To provide an efficient and safe working environment for all employees and customers by using industry best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national facilities strategy that balances operational reliability, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance, lifecycle asset management, capital planning, and vendor governance across all facilities.
  • Lead and develop a geographically dispersed facilities team; establish a culture of accountability, service excellence, and innovation.
  • Partner with Design, Construction, Finance, and Safety to ensure branch and corporate facilities align with Reece’s strategic priorities.
  • Build data-driven performance dashboards for cost per square foot, energy use, uptime, and SLA compliance.
  • Champion continuous improvement through CMMS and emerging technologies to enhance visibility and efficiency.
  • Drive ESG and sustainability initiatives including energy reduction, waste diversion, and carbon footprint reporting.
  • Direct annual capital planning and budgeting; manage lifecycle forecasts and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as senior liaison for executive communication, policy development, and portfolio governance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities leadership across multi-site organizations. Proven track record in strategic planning, capital budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Strong financial acumen, data analytics literacy, and operational governance expertise.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience implementing CMMS and facilities technology systems at scale.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing facilities for a large, geographically dispersed multi-site organization
