We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Graded Collectibles Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trading card games and their market dynamics. This role involves processing daily orders, analyzing customer insights, and reviewing historical price data to help optimize our inventory and enhance customer satisfaction.

This role sits full time on site in Grapevine, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Manage daily orders for trading card games, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. Coordinate with warehouse staff to track and resolve any order discrepancies.
• Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and purchase patterns to provide insights into trends and preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
• Price Data Review: Research and review historical price data to identify trends and make recommendations for pricing strategies. Keep abreast of market changes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels based on sales forecasts and market demand. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of popular items.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer insights, and inventory status for management review.
• Internal Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with internal business partners to foster collaboration and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience and knowledge of trading card games (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!) and their markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with inventory management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
