Job Description:

This position will collaborate with our patients and staff to uphold compassionate clinical care and clerical support.

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, this position will be responsible for:

• Escorting patients to examination room.

• Verifying patient information by interviewing patient, reviewing and/or recording medical, social and psychological history.

• Ensuring a safe, clean environment for patients and co-workers.

• Collecting and recording current medication history for review by the provider.

• Obtaining vital signs; height; weight and records information in patient record.

• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements per applicable role:

CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license from the State of NE required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 90 days of hire.

MA-Associate Degree in Medical Assisting required or successful completion of a recognized apprenticeship. Certification as Medication Aide from the State of Nebraska required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 90 days of hire.
