Job Description:

The Hospital Radiological Technologist performs all diagnostic radiographic procedures, including surgery, fluoro, and CT procedures. This position performs and ensures safe, knowledgeable age specific patient care in a holistic manner. Provides patient education and responds to patient and customer concerns.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology required. Bachelors Degree is preferred. 

Experience: CT experience preferred (will train new Radiology graduate).

Certifications, Licenses:

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) required

• Current State of Nebraska Medical Radiographer license required

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association (AHA) with a recommended renewal date required

• Must successfully complete CT Registry Exam within 1 year of training in CT
